- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Crystal was an awesome Lender to work with and made this process super easy for me. I'm a first time home buyer (VA Loan) and had no clue what I was doing, but working with Crystal was a smooth process and she works very hard to make the customer happy. FYI...I even did everything over e-mail! I'm an Air Force and was stationed overseas and she still made the process simple and easy for me. I think I was very lucky to find out about Abaca Mortgages and I was referred to Crystal by two other people who recently bought homes this past summer. I was in the process of going through USAA for a home loan, but that was a mistake. USAA is not easy to work with and don't really care about the individual needs of a costumer buying a home. Crystal got me a great rate and walked me through the process step by step and made sure that this process was best for my individual needs.
